Mr. Kerschner is the managing partner with the firm and focuses his practice primarily on financial institution and corporate representation.
Mr. Kerschner received his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law, where he was a member of Ohio State's Law Journal. He began his practice with Wood & Lamping, LLP, a civil practice law firm in Cincinnati located on Cincinnati's historic Fountain Square. Mr. Kerschner then worked for several years with Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn Co., L.P.A., a prestigious Columbus-based civil practice law firm, before returning to his native Tiffin, Ohio in January 2006.
Mr. Kerschner has carried on the longstanding tradition of the firm, which was built on financial institution and corporate representation. Mr. Meyer is a lifelong resident of Tiffin and a partner with the firm. Mr. Meyer focuses his practice on Probate and Estate Planning. Early in his practice he split time as a civil practitioner and as an Assistant County Prosecutor with the Seneca County Prosecutor's Office before his successful election to the Common Pleas Court Bench, Juvenile and Probate division. After 20 years of judicial experience, Mr. Meyer re-entered private practice and formed a partnership with his son to continue the excellence established by this firm's predecessors.

Mr. Stultz is an associate focusing his practice on commercial loan litigation, secured transactions, creditor’s rights, and bankruptcy. Mr. Stultz routinely assists Meyer & Kerschner, Ltd.’s clients with loan workouts; financial institution litigation, including contested commercial litigation, collections, replevin actions, foreclosures, and liability defense; and post-judgment debt collection. Mr. Stultz is also experienced in representing financial institutions in all aspects of bankruptcy, including adversarial proceedings.
Mr. Stultz is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.
Mr. Stultz received his J.D. with distinction from The Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law and his B.A. from The Ohio State University.
Prior to joining Meyer & Kerschner, Ltd., Mr. Stultz served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Reginald J. Routson, Hancock County, Ohio Common Pleas Court.

Mr. Clason is an associate with the firm and focuses his practice primarily in the areas of civil litigation and financial institution representation. Ken has extensive experience in financial institution litigation, including breach of contract actions, replevin actions, foreclosures, and liability defense; creditor representation in federal bankruptcy proceedings; and post-judgment debt collection.
Mr. Clason received a Master of Arts and Juris Doctor from The University of Toledo in 2005. While at Toledo, Mr. Clason was a Reinberger Fellow with the College of Law. Upon being admitted to the Ohio Bar, Mr. Clason worked as an Assistant Prosecutor and trial attorney in the Seneca County Prosecutor's Office. Mr. Clason has also served as a Senior Lecturer at Tiffin University.

Ms. Bennett is an associate with the firm and focuses her practice primarily on civil litigation and financial institution representation, including breach of contract actions, collection actions, and creditor representation in federal bankruptcy proceedings. Ms. Bennett’s expanded practice area encompasses corporate representation, estate planning, and probate administration.
Ms. Bennett earned her Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law, where she was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolutions Board and VITA volunteer. Upon being admitted to the bar, Ms. Bennett joined the practice of Meyer & Kerschner, Ltd. in Tiffin.

Gina Reuter has been with the firm since 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Gina worked in the banking industry in numerous capacities, including customer service, internal auditing, loan origination and branch management, bringing with her over 17 years of banking experience.
Gina is a paralegal who works primarily in the area of financial institution representation. Gina has extensive experience involving financial institution litigation, including collections, replevin actions, foreclosures, and liability defense; post-judgment debt collection; creditor representation in federal bankruptcy cases; and assistance in loan workout matters for our financial institution clients.
In addition, Gina assists with client relations, strategic development and marketing, and aids in the management of the firm’s continued growth.

Jeanie Gatchel has 25 years of experience as a paralegal practicing in Florida and Ohio, and has spent the past 14 years with our firm. Jeanie works primarily in the area of financial institution representation. Jeanie has extensive experience in several areas of financial institution representation, including civil litigation, foreclosure, collection, and replevin actions, and lender liability defense; post-judgment debt collection; creditor representation in federal bankruptcy cases; and assistance in loan workout matters for our financial institution clients.
Jeanie was licensed in 2001 by the Ohio Department of Insurance as a real estate title insurance agent and has underwritten over $50,000,000.00 in commercial and residential title policies. Jeanie is uniquely qualified to assist our financial institution clients based upon her paralegal training and substantial experience as a closing and escrow agent. Jeanie also assists with the firm’s personal injury, probate, and estate planning clients.

Jennifer is a paralegal working primarily in the area of financial institution representation. Jennifer earned her Associates of Applied Business Degree in Paralegal Studies from Brown Mackie College-Findlay. Ms. Marroquin joined the firm in 2008.
