Karl C. Kerschner

Karl is the managing partner with the firm and focuses his practice primarily on financial institution and corporate representation.

Karl received his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law, where he was a member of Ohio State's Law Journal. He began his practice with Wood & Lamping, LLP, a civil practice law firm in Cincinnati located on Cincinnati's historic Fountain Square. Karl then worked for several years with Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn Co., L.P.A., a prestigious Columbus-based civil practice law firm, before returning to his native Tiffin, Ohio in January 2006.

Karl has carried on the longstanding tradition of the firm, which was built on financial institution and corporate representation. Insight, experience, and technical excellence make Meyer & Kerschner, Ltd. the area leader in the representation of financial institutions and corporate clients. The firm provides our financial institution clients sound legal advice and effective business solutions in litigation, including liability defense, collection actions, and foreclosure actions; creditor representation in federal bankruptcy proceedings; extensive representation in loan workout transactions; and employment law representation, including executive employment agreements, employee separation agreements, and advice to financial institution's HR managers concerning the employment law issues they are frequently asked to address.
