Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and learn more about our law firm. Financial institution representation is the bedrock of our firm. In fact, because I come from a banking and entrepreneurial family, banking representation is indeed in my blood.

Our law firm is unique for two primary reasons:

First, we concentrate on financial institutions as the primary focus of our practice. We have developed a niche legal practice that focuses on this area of the law and hire only those lawyers and staff persons who share our passion for financial institution representation. Our strict focus and disciplined culture allow our lawyers and staff the opportunity to daily concentrate on legal issues that impact our financial institution clients.

Second, our law firm operates with the same community-based approach as our financial institution clients. Following my early legal work with large corporate law firms in Cincinnati and Columbus, I returned to my hometown of Tiffin, Ohio in 2005 to lead a law firm with the same focus on community exemplified by our clients.
